Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

  • Ehis Travels LTD: Officially registered as Ehis Travels Limited, hereafter referred to as “the Company.”
  • Client/User: Any individual or group utilizing services offered by Ehis Travels LTD.
  • Services: Includes but is not limited to group tours, visa assistance, travel insurance, and flight bookings.

2. Payment Policy

All payments must be made directly to Ehis Travels LTD’s bank accounts. The Company is not liable for payments made to staff or other unauthorized accounts. Cash payments are not accepted.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Group and Custom Trips:

  • Refunds are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
  • Refunds will be processed within three (3) business days, provided no payments have been made to suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels).
  • If payments have been made to suppliers, refunds are subject to both the supplier’s policy and Ehis Travels’ 10% cancellation fee.
  • In cases of force majeure (e.g., death, illness, strikes), refunds depend on supplier discretion. Ehis Travels LTD will facilitate the process but assumes no liability for supplier decisions.

Visa Assistance:

  • Ehis Travels LTD acts solely as a facilitator and does not guarantee visa approval.
  • No refunds will be issued once the visa service payment is made.

Travel Insurance:

  • Insurance policies are non-refundable after purchase.
  • The Company is not responsible for insurer omissions, policy limitations, or disputes.

Flight and Hotel Bookings:

  • Refunds are subject to airline or hotel cancellation policies and the Company’s 10% refund fee.
  • Refunds for unavoidable cancellations (e.g., illness) depend on the airline or hotel.

4. Liability Disclaimer

Ehis Travels LTD is an intermediary between clients and service providers (e.g., airlines, embassies, hotels). The Company:

  • Is not liable for errors, omissions, or changes in supplier policies.
  • Will act in good faith to resolve issues but cannot alter supplier terms.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Confirm availability before booking trips.
  • Provide accurate information for bookings and visa processing.
  • Understand and accept supplier-specific policies.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes, Ehis Travels LTD will mediate between clients and suppliers but is not liable for supplier outcomes.
